If you have not yet provided SOLUS with your device ID, get your Unique Device ID (UDID) by connecting the device to iTunes and selecting the device in the source list. Click on the serial number that appears and it will change to the UDID. You can then go to Edit -> Copy and then paste it into an email to support@solus.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can visit the following website to install a security certificate to email your UDID to SOLUS from the device: Get UDID

Any apps on the app store that claim to get your UDID for you no longer work with iOS 7. An ID that begins FFFF is not a valid UDID
